Refund/Exchange Policy:
We gladly issue refunds or exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery. CDs, videos, and DVDs must be unopened to receive a refund or exchange. If the return is a result of our error, we will pay shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for additional shipping.
